Why RAD needs to capture work at all
An R&D tax claim has to be backed by contemporaneous evidence: proof of the work, captured as it happens. Without RAD, that falls on you: daily manual timesheets, and retrospective journals that try to capture "what was I doing in March?" will not suffice any longer according to new ATO rules. Evidence must be captured as it happens.
