RAD is Australian software for the R&D Tax Incentive. It writes a company's R&D time, activity and evidence record as the work happens, across the apps a team already uses, so there is nothing to reconstruct at claim time. Most R&D records are reconstructed after the fact, from the outputs of work already done, with time estimated from memory. RAD works the other way around. It captures the inputs as the work happens: the actual evidence of doing R&D, in real time, aligned to legislation.
